Family Beach House
We've been installing Milgard windows in our family beach home over the past 15 years. Mostly a DIY project. The house was built in 1916 and moved up to the ocean front in Seaside Oregon in 1939. It is currently owned by four siblings who inherited it from their aunts.
Needless to say, the house is in a very hostile area weatherwise. We have had several incidences of seal failures and Milgard really honors their lifetime guarantee. They come from Portland to Seaside and replace the failed glass. It only takes them about 20 minutes at the house to do this. We always got a time slot scheduled and we drove down from Seattle to open up the house and Milgard was there when they promised.
I'm an 84 year old coot, and possibly kinda hard to satisfy sometimes, but no problem with Milgard........they deliver!
