Back in 2006, I replaced all my windows (23 total) throughout the house. The installation crew did a fantastic job, including touching up the paint on all the trim. Then in the fall of 2013 (7 years later) we did a kitchen remodel in the house. As part of the remodel, we removed an interior wall, which eliminated a seldom used bedroom in order to make the kitchen larger. Once the wall was removed, we noticed that 2 side by side windows had 2 different grid patterns. I called Milgard and they checked the purchase order and realized they had installed the wrong grid pattern. To my amazment, 7 years later, they came out and replaced the grid pattern to make them match at no charge. I cannot think of a better customer service story and I would highly recommend Milgard to anybody shopping for new windows.
