Super Service! Clear View!

We had a large 10 year old second story window fail less than 2 years after we bought our home. I went to Milgard's website and submitted the information and a couple of pictures to see if warranty service would be available. Within 1 week, we had an appointment with Milgard for which we thought they would be coming to look at our window. Instead, when they arrived, they had a new window ready for installation! In and out in less than an hour! No questions, no excuses, no hassle and best of all no charge! We've had Milgard windows in this and other homes and this is the first time we've needed any kind of warranty service. Truly a great product and when or if necessary - First Class service.
